Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

For local shoppers (Singapore):

There will be no additional charges for handling fee. However, all parcels will be delivered via Singapore Post Office and not us. Therefore we are unable to accede to a request of delivering at a fixed time or date.

There are unforeseen circumstances that one may not be able to receive their items:

1) Incorrect address or incomplete address
2) Receiver has shifted residence when item has reached
3) Family members of receivers did not inform them of the slip of self-collection card for unsuccessful delivery to your doorstep.
4) Postman may have forgotten to leave a note that it is a failed delivery and has not left a white card to indicate item will be sent back to their nearest post office.
5) Lost mail along the way.
6) Item has not been redeemed for 15 working days from date of post.


All in all, we always leave our return address at the back of the parcel. The parcel will be returned us if it has been left uncollected for too long.

Registered mails will be delivered by the postman by hand to you personally and safety of your order will be ensured. 

Usually you will recieve your items about 2-3 days after the order is sent. We take pride in sending out the orders to you within 3 days of recieving payment to ensure you get your items as early as possible. Therefore, it would take approximately 5-7 working days from the time payment is made till the order reaches your hand.


For International shoppers: 

Our worldwide shipping service is provided for more than 200 countries globally. Overseas shipping will differ from local postage fee. Rates differ from country to country. Shipping fee depends on actual weight of products ordered.

Return Policy:

An return can be requested only if the delivered item is defective. Incidents such as defective items & unmatched orders may happen, however, the occurrences of such incidents are rare as we would perform visual QC before sending them out. In the event where items are found to be defective, we would refund the full value of the defective item into your account.

Guidelines for Return:

1) Take a picture of the defective item.
2) Use an image editor to circle the defective area on the item.
3) Send an email with the to theclinkstore@gmail.com with following details in your email:
  a) Order Number
  b) Item code or name
  c) Attach photo of defective item
  d) Brief description of the defective item or unmatched item

We would then send you a confirmation email upon accepting your return. After receiving our confirmation email, please send the defective/unmatched item to us. We would then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you asap.

The costs and risks incurred for returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

All exchanges have to be done within 30 days after delivery of parcel.

theCLiNKstore does not take responsibility in cases of colour differences due to photo-taking on your monitor color settings. We do not take responsibility for any damage caused after washing or when ordered items do not fit. In such instances, no return will be accepted.

 theCLiNKstore only accept return on items that are unused and which are in their original packaging and tag.
